Flaér reserves the right to revise the pages or withdraw access to them at any time. Prices may change without notice. Flaér assumes no responsibility for material created or published by third parties that the Flaér website links to. By submitting material to any of our servers, for example by e-mail or via web pages, you agree to the following terms. You make the material available knowing that we may publish it. You warrant that the material is fit for publication. You agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action against us in relation to the material you submit. Flaér offer customers a Satisfaction Guarantee, customers are eligible for a full refund on a Revo Via or Revo Terra if they are not satisfied with this product. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for the first 6 weeks after the purchase date. To qualify for a full refund customers must meet the following conditions:
- Revo Via or Revo Terra must have been purchased from www.flaer.com
- Must have proof of purchase including: name and address, the bike make and model, date of purchase of the system
- The guarantee would be non-transferable and only covers the original purchaser
- Systems that are returned in a poor condition because the customer has not looked after them will be rejected
Flaér always ensures that customers are satisfied with their purchases and service. All Flaér products come with a standard European two year warranty from purchase date. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) if goods that are not of a satisfactory quality are supplied, you, the consumer, are entitled to reject the goods within 30 days from date of purchase. There is no legal obligation for you to return the rejected goods to Flaér, but we do ask that you inform us that the rejected goods are available for collection at no cost to you. Flaér will cover all costs for return of unwanted goods if required, by way of refund payment.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. To cancel you can email us or write to us within 14 working days starting the day after delivery. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned to Flaér within 14 working days of cancelling the contract, or we can arrange collection (charges may apply). Refunds may be reduced where the value of the goods has been diminished due to excessive handling by the consumer. You may cancel an order for services in the same way within seven working days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.
We will not trade or sell any customer details to any third-party organisations. We do send regular e-mails about best offers from the Flaér Shop. Should you wish to stop receiving these, there is a simple unsubscribe link in every email.
