The Revo Via & Revo Terra have both been designed to be compatible with as many makes and models of bikes as possible. Considering the large number of different bike brands, component manufacturers, gearing options and accessories that are available today there may be some cases whereby our system cannot be installed or where additional actions may be required to do so.
When any incompatibility with our products is identified we endeavour to resolve them as soon as possible so no matter what you ride you can still benefit from a Revo Via or Revo Terra .
Below are details of any special cases for installation we are currently aware of, what we are doing to resolve them and any fixes we have identified.

| Campagnolo Potenza Groupset | The replacement bolt for the Revo Via dispenser is not compatible with the Campagnolo Potenza Groupset | We have sourced a replacement bolt for this Groupset, if you are using Potenza or another Campagnolo Groupset with the same bolt, please contact us at technical@flaer.com and we will send you a replacement bolt free of charge |
